Starting at an MSRP of $22,995, the base front-wheel drive model of the 2018 Journey comes with a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine paired with a four speed automatic transmission.  Upgrading to four-wheel drive also improves the powertrain to a 3.6-liter V6 with a six-speed automatic transmission, built for those who need better handling through inclimate weather.  The SE includes 17-inch steel wheels, standard ParkView backup camera, and seven-passenger seating via the three standard rows. The second-row features a convenient 60/40 split (with slide and recline abilities) to easily access the 50/50 folding third-row seats.  Standard features include a height-adjustable driver's seat for better visibility, dual-zone climate control, keyless ignition and entry, a 4.3-inch touchscreen interface, and a six speaker sound system. A Connectivity Package is available for those who want to upgrade their audio and entertainment system, adding Bluetooth, satellite radio, a USB port, and voice recognition.  The Popular Equipment Package adds helpful quality-of-life elements such as three-zone temperature controls, conversation mirror, overhead console storage, leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a power-adjustable driver seat.

The SXT adds the contents of the Popular Equipment and Connectivity packages into the list of standards, raising the MSRP to $25,795.  Three-zone automatic climate control, aimable interior lamps, overhead console storage, plus leather wrapped steering wheel steps up the comfort and functionality throughout the vehicle.  The 17-inch wheels become polished aluminum alloy, and the entertainment touchscreen upgrades to 8.4 inches wide. Bluetooth becomes standard, adding phone controls onto the steering-wheel mounted buttons.  Rear parking sensors and backup camera improves the maneuverability of the Journey, making for safer and more accurate parking, reverse actions, and cross-traffic security.

The next trim is the Crossroad, stepping into providing some luxury options with leather-trim or full leather upholstery, leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, heated front seats, ten-way power adjustable driver's seat, a rear-seat entertainment system, and six premium stereo speakers with added subwoofer.  $27,995 MSRP also accounts for some exterior changes, as well; 19-inch black-painted alloy wheels improve stability and handling, giving the Journey an air of extra classiness, and a sunroof opens up the inside with more natural light and open air freedom.

The longest list of features is provided within the Journey GT, the top-range trim starting at an MSRP of $33,095.  Wheels are upped to aggressive looking 19-inch alloys, raising the stance of the vehicle for a stable, firm attitude, all the more enhanced with added chrome accent elements.  While the others provided the V6 engine as an available 4WD package, the GT has this engine standard. Added features include the remote start, full leather upholstery, heated front seats and steering wheel, and a premium Alpine audio system.  SeriusXM radio comes with a one year subscription.
