All-New Special Edition For 2018
The all-new 2018 Ram 1500 Hydro Blue Sport is the final special-edition Sport model that Ram Trucks is offering for the 2017 calendar year. Earlier in the year, Ram debuted their Sublime (Green) and Copper Sport limited-edition trucks. In late 2016, Ram Trucks introduced the eye-catching Ignition Orange edition. Mike Manley, Head of Jeep & Ram Brands, said that the new Hydro Blue Sport edition, "will surely stand out on dealers' lots and in customers' driveways." Not only does the Hydro Blue Sport edition look amazing, but it features incredible performance and power options.
Eye-Catching and Rugged Exterior Style
The Hydro Blue Sport is highlighted by its Hydro Blue pearl paint. The body-colored Sport grille has a black R-A-M letter badge and black billet inserts, along with a black-decaled Sport performance hood. The truck has black bezel projector headlamps, flat back and tailgate badging, and flat back exterior body-side. The great LED tail lights perfectly complement the black body badging of the 1500. In addition to the monochromatic exterior theme, the Hydro Blue Sport has body-colored door handles, rear bumper, front fascia, and side mirrors. When equipped with the two-wheel drive models, the Hydro Blue Sport has polished 22-inch aluminum wheels. The four-wheel drive trucks have polished 20-inch wheels. There are amazing available features with the Hydro Blue Sport, like the RamBox storage system, 20-inch gloss black aluminum wheels, Active Level air suspension, chrome wheel-to-wheel side steps, black tubular side steps, and ParkSense.
Sophisticated Interior Design
The interior of the 1500 Hydro Blue Sport has gorgeous Blue Sport embroidery accents located on heated, deluxe high-back bucket seats. The headrests have blue Ram's head logos. These seats are also heated, as is the steering wheel. There is blue color-matched highlight stitching on the door trim, instrument panel, and steering wheel. The truck has a black headliner, and there is a new instrument panel badge. Additionally, the truck has blue anodized surfaces on the door spears, instrument panel bezels, and center console trim.
The all-new Hydro Blue Sport trim will arrive to dealerships in November 2017, but it is limited to just 2,000 trucks. The eye-catching 2018 Ram 1500 Hydro Blue Sport has a base MSRP of $46,060.
