RAM 1500 Warlock Edition Announced

 

Well, technically but this is an all-new version to be sure! The Warlock did debut way back in 1976 and was produced for 3 years solid, designed to look like an already custom-made truck! It was well-equipped, looked strikingly original, and certainly made an impression on pickup-lovers nationwide! The All-New RAM 1500 Warlock has entered the arena once again, with the expertise learned since those days baked directly into this version, plus, it has a an optional HEMI engine! In the interest of clarity, know that the Warlock is built upon the 1500 Classic model foundation, and its full tame includes that fact: the 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock. This supernatural beast can be either 4x2 or 4x4, not to mention a Quad- or Crew-Cab. Let's check into all the amazing wizardry skills and capabilities Dodge has bequeathed to the mysterious Warlock pickup right here!

Special to the Warlock alone are elements such as a custom black grille with RAM spelled out in the lettering, decals on the truckbed side exterior, LED rear taillights, a 1" factory lift, blackened 20" semi-gloss aluminum wheels, tow hooks, and an obtainable Sport hood that completes the sinister look that pretty much everyone wants! There are also HD rear shocks, LED fog lamps, front/rear powder coated bumpers, one-of-a-kind hood decals, black wheel flares/badging, projector headlamps with dark bezels, as well as LED bed lighting. If you get in the Crew Cab style the bed must be 5-ft. 7-inches. The Warlock cast even more of an extended spell with features like Diesel Grey cloth on the seats, ParkSense rear park assist, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, an overhead console, foldaway power mirrors, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and a 7" cluster display. Want it to have even more utility? Add the available black side steps, elect the spray-in bedliner, and then consider the 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen with navigation! The Warlock looks amazing in any color, but some popular ones are Blue Streak, Diamond Black, Flame Red, Maximum Steel, Pearl White, and True Blue.   

There are two engines to pick from, and yes, they have come along way since 1976-1979! There is a standard 3.6L Pentastar V6 that summons 305-horsepower and as much as 269 pound-feet of torque. There is an option to manifest into the Warlocks engine bay a 5.7L HEMI V8 and is essentially like having a thunder storm attached to the gas pedal (it gets 395-horsepower and an astonishing 410 pound-feet of torque). Either engine is directed by an excellent TorqueFlite 8-speed automatic transmission.
