2025 Ram 1500 Ramcharger Quick Facts

The Ramcharger features the most current iteration of the 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine underneath the hood. However, accompanying the V6 engine is a 138-kilowatt (kW) generator that harnesses the mechanical power created by the engine, converts it into electricity, and delivers it to the electric drive modules (EDMs) found on both axles. This is what eliminates the mechanical linkage between the engine and the wheels. The front axle features a 250-kW EDM, while the rear EDM offers 238-kW, providing full-time all-wheel drive. This revolutionary powertrain offers up to 663 horsepower, 615 lb-ft of torque, 14,000 pounds of towing capacity, and a 4.4-second 0-60 time! 

The main priority of electric vehicles, however, is to maximize fuel efficiency. The Ramcharger does this by offering drivers up to 690 miles of total driving range with a full tank and full charge! The Ramcharger features a 92-kilowatt hour (kWh) battery, strategically placed under the floor in the center of the truck, allowing the interior to keep a flat floor. The Ramcharger can be charged by a Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 EV charger. With a 400-volt DC Fast Charger, the Ramcharger's battery can gain five miles of range per minute. Drivers can fully customize their power and usage using the drive mode buttons on the dashboard, including Eco, E-Save, and Electric+, while Battery Hold, Charge Depleting, eAWD, and eSport are available on the Uconnect 5 touchscreen. 

All Ram 1500 models gain a full remodel for the 2025 model year. However, the Ramcharger takes it one step further with unique design elements to make it stand out from the traditional Ram 1500 lineup. Most notable is Ram's first-ever LED-illuminated 'Ram' emblem centered on the grille. The font of the emblem is changed for the Ramcharger, symbolizing its modernization. On either side of the grille, you'll find redesigned headlight housings with a more modern appearance, hosting brilliant LED bulbs for enhanced visibility. Like the traditional 2025 Ram 1500, the Ramcharger's grille is leaned forward for a confident look. Meanwhile, a distinct character line runs the length of the truck, drawing the eyes toward the redesigned taillights. Coming around to the rear, you'll find a 'Ram' emblem matching the grille at the center of the tailgate. Inside, technology takes center stage with a standard 12-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen, while Ram's largest touchscreen ever is optional, spanning 14.5 inches. The Ramcharger's interior also features premium materials, upgraded textures, and an updated color palette.
