The 2022 Cherokee has three available engine options, and they all come with a tremendous amount of power! The base engine is a 2.4-liter four-cylinder that kicks out a solid 180 horsepower and 171 lb-ft of torque. The further you move up the trim lineup, the more powerful engines you can get! On the Latitude Lux trim and above, you have the option of either a 3.2-liter V6 delivering 271 horsepower and 239 lb-ft of torque or a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that gets you 270 horsepower and an astounding 295 lb-ft of torque. Front-wheel-drive comes standard on the first two trims of the Cherokee with the option of all-wheel-drive. On all the higher trims of the Cherokee, all-wheel-drive comes standard.
